Photo Checklist
A few clear photos help us book a visit that works the first time. Send them when you enquire or when we ask.
Washer
- Dedicated laundry taps (hot and cold if needed) in good condition: proper washing-machine outlets, not a garden tap adapter.
- Drain: standpipe or trough with the right height and air gap; not “hose in the sink” unless we’ve agreed to that.
- Power: a normal power point within reach; not a long extension cord as a permanent fix.
- Space: room for width, depth, and height; doors open; space to move the machine in.
- Access: stairs, parking, lift booking if you’re in a unit.
Dryer
- Vented: existing duct and outside vent we can connect to. We don’t install new ducting through walls.
- Condenser: where water goes (drain or tray) and enough airflow around the machine.
- Power: outlet suits the dryer; you’re happy it’s the right type for the machine.
General
- Strata or landlord OK if that applies to you.
- Someone 18+ on site when we deliver.
If something isn’t right for a safe connection, we’ll tell you what’s needed—often a licensed plumber or electrician. Call us if you’re unsure.
